About Me

I had my first yoga experience in 2003, and it was magical. I was not flexible, not a dancer nor a gymnast, but I felt a strong connection to yoga. I have practiced many types of yoga: gentle yoga, vinyasa yoga, Bikram/hot 26 yoga, power yoga, until I found Ashtanga yoga in 2018. From that point, it felt like coming home, and I have been an Ashtanga practitioner ever since.

The Ashtanga practice has changed everything: the way I connect with people and the way I feel and see things. Having gained so much from the practice and the Ashtanga teachers who have brought light into my life, I want to give back by sharing my experiences and my journey through holding space and making Ashtanga accessible for others. You will find my class focuses on alignment and the essence of the postures, connecting breath with movement. I believe in the longevity of the practice and being kind and gentle with others and ourselves.

I am a registered yoga teacher with 200 hours from Joy of Yoga with Jennifer Prugh and Noelle Clark, and registered with Yoga Alliance. Currently, I’m pursuing my 500 hours.
